Different Type Of Scoliosis Exercises

Upright row – you work in a standing position. Hold the weight in your hands to make sure you are holding your arms in front and your palms in front of your feet. Pull your hands straight up to make sure your elbows are at a higher level than the hands. Put your hand backstop at the bottom then do it in three sets of ten.

Back or back extension – the patient must lie on the ball to ensure that the upper abdomen is with the knee on the ground. After reaching, some balance behind, hold hands straight so that they are parallel to the ball and maintain this position as you count one to five.
