HSP70 is a Heat-shock protein (HSP) that is produced as a response to diverse biological stressors, such as extreme temperatures. The HSP70 family comprises an extremely conserved set of proteins that are activated by a myriad of biological stressors, such as the stress of heat, which is present in every organism that they have been investigated.
HSP70 antibody is a protein that is highly inducible to all living things, but is also found to be expressed in primate cells. HSP72 is a 72-kDa protein that can only be induced in the presence of stress; HSC70 or cognate protein is a 72-kDa that is a constitutively expressed protein which plays a role in the removal of clathrin-coated vesicles.
Additionally, HSP70 is encoded by an intronless gene. alongside other proteins involved in heat stress, HSP70 protects proteins that are already in existence from aggregates, and facilitates folds of newly expressed proteins within the organelles and cytosol. HSP70 also plays a role in the ubiquitin-proteasome process by interfacing with the AU-rich element RNA-binding Protein 1.
HSP70 is a member of the HSP70 genes located within the region of the Major Histocompatibility Complex class III in a group with two genes closely related to each other that contain similar proteins. HSPs are present in the proliferation of tumor cells as well as differentiation, invasion, and metastasis.
They also improve the overall integrity of proteins, Heat Shock Protein 70 antibody (HSP70) directly blocks Apoptosis. It has also been demonstrated to protect against the effects of cytotoxic and thermal stress. Recently, HSP70 has been reported as a prognostic indicator in a variety of cancers.
